Yes, I am currently accepting new clients for therapy! First, schedule a free, 15-minute consultation to determine if my care is right for you. While private practice therapy offers a personalized and flexible approach, it may not be right for everyone.

Yes, I will be accepting various insurance plans through Alma, Headway, and Sondermind. I will also be seeing clients with the CU student insurance plan through Alma. For out-of-network plans, I am happy to provide a superbill.
*A superbill can be submitted to your insurance for fee reimbursement. -
Yes! Join me at my private office in Boulder or have a virtual session from the comfort of your home.
*Please note that to participate in virtual sessions, clients must be physically located in the state of Colorado at the time of the appointment. Clients interested in virtual therapy must agree to provide their physical location in case of emergencies.

No, my practice does not offer intensive treatment options or 24/7 crisis support. If you are seeking more frequent sessions, integrated care, or support for acute mental health concerns, a clinic or community-based provider may be better suited to your needs.
